*sigh* I know I'm definitely not going to make the deadline for the AniBos AMV contest, and right now I can't even force myself to care. I haven't done any editing for over a week now.

Anyway, usa_p's icon finally pushed me over the edge. This could be the start of an unhealthy new obsession, or maybe I've already gotten bored with it. Who knows.



My model was a custom Glory from this beautiful site. I really want to try my hand at making a custom now. >_>

Some of my friends on campus and I have been toying with the idea of doing some custom ponies, but I for one don't want to sacrifice any of my collection to the cause (number one, they're packed away and would be a pain to ressurect, and number two, *sniff* sentimental reasons). There's usually some really cheap ones on EBay and the new ponies can be had for a buck or two at the Dollar Store. =)

I have no idea where my old Ponies are. I hope my mom didn't get rid of them. ;-; But if they are still around, they're probably in much too good condition to make customs out of. So yes, I'll probably be hitting up the dollar stores soon..... ^^;

!!! OMG so cute! G1 Glory in G3 style! I would love to iconize your Glory sketch - may I? Glory and Moondancer were two of the three ponies I always wanted as a kid but never got and just 2 years ago my bf got them for me mint on card! I freed them and they now sit happily on my shelves with the rest of my herd.

Not to inspire you further (read: entirely to inspire you further) here are a few pics of some of my G3 ponies glamming it up.

Custom ponies sound like a lot of fun, except that the rehairing process seems like it would be quite troublesome.

XD You are so hardcore. Of course you may use the sketch for an icon! ♥ I'm flattered! Rehairing does sound like it could be rather tedious and painful.... It seems like a lot of my hobbies tend to have that in common. *rubs AMV shoulder*
