Oh yes I saw that bit of news and got worried for my kitty. But thank goodness I feed mine with Science Diet though I'm not too sure about how good it is since I've had a few kitties die of kidney failure (at a very young age) eating that. *sighs* Which brand do you buy?
Hmmm, I don't remember what brand we fed Smokey and Tiger when they were kittens, but after that, we fed them Meow Mix for several years. Eventually, we switched to a Science Diet senior formula. Tiger died of kidney failure, but he was 15-16 years old. We only fed them dry food though, since that is healthier and better for their teeth. The Humane Society always uses Iams dry food. :/
