the stupidity astounds and amazes
Jan. 29th, 2005 02:30 pmDear Freddie Mitchell,
Thank you for being so incredibly stupid. I was kind of worried, since the Patriots are the clear favorites for the Superbowl, and they tend to play much more poorly when they don't have something to prove. And then you came along. You, who was a first-round draft pick four years ago, and still can't start unless someone's injured. You, who thinks your thirtysomething total career catches make you so great that you don't even have to learn the names of the guys who will be tackling you in the Superbowl, IF they don't make you sit on the bench so the guy with the broken foot can play instead. For some reason, you decide to go talking trash about the best team in football, and in particular, single out the guy who is second in the entire NFL for tackling, and who WILL break you in half if he feels like it. I was a little worried that my boys wouldn't be motivated enough to play their best next Sunday, but you've more than taken care of that. Thanks so much, and good luck finding a job next year.
Love,
Emily
