Wow, that sounds like an amazing night! And they took your request, too, that's awesome.
I've never been to a concert -- well, not a 'real' concert. The last concert I went to was for Mozart's Requiem when I was 12 and still a member of the "Young Members of the Philharmonic" (which = $5 orchestra seats!) It was nothing like you describe ^_~. Certainly no one was giddy with glee ^_^.
